A new Blog series – Motivation Monday!
Each Monday, I will present you with something to motivate you – whether in life in general or your creativity.
Mondays are my most EXCITING day, where I plot my whole week and start NEW things. I always feel like a kid at Christmas Sunday evenings, as I am writing out my To Do list for the week. YES, that is how it is for me.
I am so GRATEFUL for the processes that I have learnt in the past 3 years and look forward to not only Monday mornings but every morning!
Every evening, I record in my Gratitude journal the 5 things that were AWESOME for me during the day and then I clear all thoughts from my head, and tell myself only HAPPY POSITIVE thoughts before going to sleep. I wake up with those same HAPPY POSITIVE thoughts.

If you have 5 minutes this morning (before your day starts getting busy) – imagine how awesome your day IS GOING to be. Breathe that in & let be just that!
That is basically what I do every morning, before even doing my morning pages (3 hand-written 8.5 X 11 pages).
Even if I had negative thoughts yesterday, they were all released last night and this morning is a NEW AWESOME DAY!
So many, synchronicities today….that EXPERIENCE card was laying on my crafting area, under my pile of 52 Sparks completed tags and fit right in to what I wanted to talk about this morning.
My Motivational message for YOU today, is to release what happened yesterday,
find the positives and begin ANEW today.
If you need to journal it all out, then so be it. Just clear it all, BREATHE deep breathes in and out for 5 minutes, even close your eyes while doing it and then think of one positive thing right now. Then, add another positive thing, and so on.
From experience, its not an overnight process, it takes time and practise everyday. I started with doing it for a week, then 21 days (because the experts say that 21 days makes a habit), then 30 days, and then 100 days (from my 100 Days Challenge days) and 2.5 years later its part of my everyday.
If there is only one positive thing in your life right now, keep thinking of that. Then, look for others – there are more, you just have to be open to them.
BREATHE and begin ANEW TODAY!!!
