My self-practise: Drawing…

by Dale Anne Potter

I, for some reason, keep saying I’m going to draw more and then don’t…..Today, I decided to challenge myself to “Self-Practise” ….every hour for ten minutes do a drawing.  Once I have the idea planted in my head, then I will do it for an hour every morning!

Lesson 3 of the Freezer Paper, Paint class is to make a design to cut like Paper Dolls…….Do you see where I’m going with this drawing?

Soon, I’ll upload a photo of the fabric I painted using this design.

I love how the silhouette of the lamp led you to the wonderful abstract shape. Makes me think of the curves & points you see in religious architecture.
