As most of you know I’m a hockey fan – well, last night Canada was going for the 6th consecutive GOLD medal at the World Junior tournament against USA. It was an exciting game – I hate Overtime & Shootouts, and it went to OT. USA won 6/5.
We had some snow yesterday – not as much as they were predicting but the winds whipped the loose snow around. As I was sweeping off the front porch, took these 9 am photos.

Hand stitching on my sketchbook cover is going slowly – I keep thinking of something different to try so no finished photo yet. I am giving my hands a rest from the hand stitching this morning and will work on the fabric beads that I found in various stages in a ziploc. I promised some a tutorial on making them, so will be taking photos along the way. I’m not sure how the photos will turn out as you can see we are very cloudy today……
4 days until the torch comes to our little town. No, I wasn’t picked to carry the torch but I will be at Mom’s to watch it go by as her place is right on the route.

Never did take time to comment on these photos. Wonderful. The blues in the first one are especially eye catching. Interesting how your bundle has already seen such interesting weather.
